Here at SCS Elevator, we pride ourselves on offering our customers a top-notch customer experience. Our customer service team works hard to make sure every customer walks away with not only the right product for their needs, but a smile as well.
From our customers to our employees, people are our highest priority. We are not only a world-class manufacturer of elevator buttons, signage, and braille, but also a company that has built a fun and hard-working team of people who provide amazing customer experiences.
Company-wide, we employ a team of passionate, dedicated, and talented people. Our corporate culture and team members follow the P.I.T.C.H philosophy:
This philosophy is the foundation of everything we do, from manufacturing elevator buttons and signage to marketing our products to interacting with each customer.
Our customer service team knows our products inside and out. And their expertise extends beyond knowing what’s currently in stock—many times, our customer service staff act as consultants for our customers. If a client is unsure of exactly what they need, our team guides them to the different options we can offer, including alternatives they may not be aware of.
One of our customer service staff, Sue, is especially good at this. When customers call in a pinch, needing quick solutions in order to pass inspections and avoid large fines, Sue is able to get them what they need as quickly as possible—and always with a smile.
Another one of our team members, Brian, says that “identifying a customer’s pain, then collaboratively figuring out a way to match the company’s capabilities in order to eliminate that pain, is what I find the most gratifying.” Our team puts their heart and soul into serving our customers.
A Cohesive Team
Having a cohesive customer service team is a crucial part of providing the level of service we strive for here at SCS. We work hard to maintain a staff of people who work well together, who come together as a team to serve our customers.
A big part of maintaining that team cohesiveness is not only to work hard together, but to make sure we have some fun while we do it. We want our team to love their jobs—because when they do, our customers receive much better service. When a customer calls in, they can tell if the person on the other end of the line is happy in their job (or not). Our goal is to make sure our customers never doubt how much our team loves working hard for them.

At SCS we know that we would be nothing without our customers. We treat every customer as if they were the most important client we have—because they are. Big or small, every company we work with and every order we fulfill is important to us.
